anticipitory anxiety

Post by fellipe » Mon Nov 14, 2011 9:24 am

:D hello

today is november 14. i have a jiu jitsu competition on november 20th and my shoulder has been recently injured. Now i will still compete since i can move but this is causing some anxiety. anxiety from fear of losing, fear of not doing my best, not being in control of what i would want to do to prepare for competition. it is hard at this moment. I trained for this competition and now i feel there is something holding me back at the last minute. :(
