I was given Amitriptlyne 25mg for my anxiety and Xanax .25 as needed for my panic attacks. Has anyone been on either of these meds? I am back at square one again and restarting the program again. My body just aches with pain an I just don’t have the energy lately. I am so ready for a change for the better.

I was on Amitriptlyne many years ago, but only for a short while.

I took amatriptalin years ago !! It helped calm me down , but i felt like a slept most of the day away and valium as well... did not like the amatriptaline but i took it for awhile. Valuim really helped me in tressfull times i liked it better because i cld control when i needed help calming down instead of filling sleepy all the time.... good luck!
