Hi everyone....I come on the website once in a while. I did and finished the program years ago but I plan on doing it again here very soon. When the kids go back to school. Considering all things, I am doing "okay", but okay is not good enough! I find myself worrying again about EVERYTHING. First, my dad and his bad stroke he had last Oct.-he's still progressing-can move his paralyzed side ever so lightly, but we still can't make out what he is saying. I find myself feeling soooo bad for my mom, who takes care of him. But I have to shut up too....I don't want to criticize her or tell her what to do....then I look at my husband and hope it never happens to him..or me!!! Worry worry worry.
This time of year is stressful with getting the kids ready for school, buying and spending money on tons of supplies and clothes...All this on top of a EARTHQUAKE and a MAJOR HURRICANE recently!!!!! Can you all tell I need to redo the program???!!!
I have to say, I am reading a Victoria Osteen book and another great book on overcoming anxiety (I don't have it in front of me, forget who the author is!) so that has helped. I definitely have that "SKY'S ABOUT TO FALL" feeling right now and I need to nip it in the bud. Thanks for listening to me.
Kids going to school-Redoing the Program!
