nervous about talking with a lifecoach

I have been avoiding setting up my phone session with a life coach because I'm really nervous and because I've been feeling better lately and I'm not sure what to say. Has anyone else felt this way. I guess I'm afraid I won't get the most from it because I'm not feeling down right now.

How did you get to talk to a life coach? Is it through the program?

Yes you get a free session with the program. They contacted me by email first then by phone. I'm sure you could email them and set it up. Hope this helps

How does someone get a life coach when they have had the physical dvd program for 5 years?

I think you could set up sessions with one by contacting them. Probably not free though as after my free session she explained to me that I should do 15 more sessions at the cost of around $1000.00. She was very helpful though and I can definately see where having a life coach would be helpful, I just really can't budget it in right now.

Tammy is my coach and has helped me tremendously!!! It's so worth the money from what you get. It's a one on one and they get you through it all and they've all been there.
