Is it normal to experience more anxiety and panic attack when you are not feeling well? I notice I feel funny when I am not feeling good then get shaky and all the other symptoms of anxiety.

Yes, that's usually the way it goes. Sucks, doesn't it? Just realize that's what it is and take care of yourself. Try not to worry too much about it. You'll get through it and be okay.
