and use more self talk to stop panic in it's tracks. I'm in my third week of the program but I have skipped around some. So far I've done sessions one and two and this week I put in session 8, what if thoughts, because that's what I need most at this point.
I never thought I'd be able to stop panic like that.

I just started last night, and I can already tell a difference. I just told myself I was having a panic attack, and said it was going to be okay. And it was. It's amazing what positive talk and not running away from attacks can do.
