Need coach, how do I get one?

This program said if I needed one I could have a coach one on one. How do I get one? I emailed the program weeks and weeks ago and heard nothing. I need help. Any ideas on how to get a coach? Thanks.

Did you try calling them? I don't think they respond to emails very well with regard to that. Their number must be on the site here somewhere.
