Weird Feeling
HAVE BEEN DOING WELL SINCE I STARTED THE PROGRAM HAVEN'T HAD A PANIC ATTACK IN AWHILE BUT IN THE PAST WEEK I HAVE HAD A WEIRD CLOUDED HEADED FEELING. NOT SURE WERE THIS STEEMED FROM BUT IM NOT REALY ANXIOUS BUT THE NOT KNOWING WHAT THIS IS OR WERE IT'S COMING FROM IS STARTING TO MAKE ME A LIL ANXIOUS I DON'T WANNA RELAPSE BACK TO THE BAD ANXIOUS DAYS COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP? I HAVE HAD ALL KINDS OF MEDICAL TESTS DONE SO I KNOW NOTHING MEDICALY IS WRONG, BUT THIS FEELING IS SOMETHING I'VE NEVER FELT BEFORE.
Re: Weird Feeling
Mulkey,
I am new to the program. But I get the cloudy feeling also. I am not on any meds - or I would certainly blame them. I believe its from the constant worry for me. When I run out of energy to worry the cloudy feeling rolls in. Its also often because of my lack of sleep. When you get this cloudy feeling have you tied to go for a walk or get some exercise? Yesterday I had pretty much wasted an entire day worrying and got pretty cloudy and finally just went for a long walk. It was not until about the second mile, but the cloudy feeling went away.
I wish you the best with it. I know how bothersome it can be.

Re: Weird Feeling
I ditto Thomas40, walking really helps to clear the cloudy feeling.
