Saying this program is a total scam or ripoff seems to me over exaggerated! It might not work for every person maybe because it requires patience, time and tenacious effort or maybe some need to include this program and therapy to have any good result to occur or bigger effect!
Lastly lots of patience and effort are needed to learn the breathing relaxing techniques and possibly the hardest thing at least for me to do within this program!
This program is a total scam and rip off.

Sounds like the reason you don't like the program is because you thought it would be an instant fix ! It takes 15 weeks to get thru it and even more for practice practice practice !

I feel so bad for you. This program saved my life. I hope you find what works for you. I know how completely debilitating it can be. You shouldn't have burned the DVD's as there is a money back guarantee. Please keep trying things. Maybe something will work for you.
How this program worked for me:
In 2005 I developed severe General Anxiety Disorder with Panic Attacks. I mean SEVERE> it was 24/7 and 365. I couldn't do anything. I was paralyzed mentally by this. I went to my doctor who diagnosed the GAD and took me off all caffeine and put me on a sleeping pill and ativan 1mg twice a day. Which honestly didn't help much. I went to a therapist who made it worse!!! Anyway I kept telling the therapist that I know my problem is the way I think about things. I kept asking for help with the way I think. She had no idea what I meant. She gave me these bizarre worksheets that I couldn't even begin to understand. I couldn't concentrate, I couldn't sit still, I couldn't do anything- it was miserable!!!
Finally on one of my many sleepless nights I saw this program. I called and begged my mom to buy it for me. She did. It worked immediately. By session 3 I thought I was cured and quit the program. It was about a year later when I started back to school and began having anxiety again that I re-started the program. It worked so well and I didn't learn my lesson so I quit the program at session 5ish. A couple years later it resurfaced when I got a new job and now I am at session 11 and stalled BUT I am going to finish this time.
Anyway even though the anxiety has returned it is only about 30% of what it was before. I can deal with 30%. I know its anxiety now and 99% of the time I don't even need an ativan. When I do take one- it is 0.125mg. Probably not enough to sedate a mouse!
So I know this program may not work for you but find something that does. it is life altering in the good way.
