THE DVD PORTION OF THE Stress CENTER PROGRAM

Hi everyone,
I'm sure I did Not RECEIVE the dvd's portion with the set of the program...
will it intervene with the process?
I just began session 2 this week by the way and in the work book it said to watch the "COACHING DVD'S" of such and such etc. and I dont have anything similar to what it is talking about..
can please someone explain to me......

They are seperate but from what i understand they arent crucial to success. I received an email with the coaching video after I got the program with the dvds. Im pretty sure the videos are on the website too.
