I am a Christian woman who needs help from panic attacks
Hello I just recieved my program today and I am hopeful with the prgram but now its night time and im suffering from insomnia its freaking me out right now my legs are trembling and my stomach hurts and it feels like I am gonna throw up I need help on how to go about this I usually fought these attacks with only Jesus on my side but they come back sometimes I think its because of all the bad things I have done when I strayed from Jesus and I think im being punished by God, im hurting inside and I want to desparetly to get back to the way I was not the bad part but a renewed woman who is touched by God im scared at night its a whether or not I fall alseep or I stay awake another night my fears are holding me down I need a hope in me to stay calm I was good earlier but now im scared of the next panic attack...

I don't have the answer but I understand how you feel. I am going through the same thing. I can't sleep right now and I am having alot of anxiety. I have strayed from the Lord and it seems like I can't get back to the way I used to be when I was close to Him. I am so scared and don't know what to do. Just know you are not alone and others are going through the same thing. We just have to take God at His Word. We have to try to pray and read the Bible even though it is hard and our fears try to keep us from it.

God does NOT want to punish ANYONE with anxiety, these are things that we are conjuring up in our own minds!!!! God wants us to know HIS TRUE PEACE, NOT these fears. "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7. These thoughts of separation and punishment from God are NOT from God, they are FEAR thoughts, and God is with us to help us through this!!! Just be honest with God as you pray!! HE is able. For anyone struggling with these types of thoughts, the important thing is to FILL your mind with God's Word, as hard as it may be!!!! Keep pressing on, and pray every step of the way. God WILL answer you.
