urgent question about the program, please help!

I have a question about the schedule,
i just started the program yesterday,
i'm on day 2 and still dont understand too much..
does it mean i am going to do the relaxation cd 2 times or 3 and also hear the other bonus cd's?
and also does day 3 mean i start session 2 or continue to hear session one AGAIN?
ughh.. i really want to do this the correct way and i'm having some trouble. hope someone can answer my questions as soon as possible. THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE! <3

I hope I can help you, I have been through the program so this is how I did it. I listen to each lesson for a week at a time did all the homework in the homework book. I listened to the relaxation cd at least 3 times a day it helps so much. I also listen to session one only for a day or so then moved onto session 2 and did it for a week that is how I did the program and it worked great for me. You can listen to the bonus cd at anytime but just follow the lessons for at least a week on each one and dont skip around from lesson to lesson stick with one at a time it is easier and you learn more. Make sure you do the homework as well it is so important.

I too did as Mimigirl I played session 1 cd, watched session 1 dvd and read session 1 in the guide book. It usually took me a week per lesson. Some lessons I stayed on longer as I either did not have the time, or understanding to move to the next session. It is very personal and you can do it how ever it works for you.
I think in the beginning I wanted to do each lesson perfect before moving on to the next. They're was that perfectionism! You can go back to certain sessions at any time for a review. Post and ask for help if you need it, people on here are very helpful and full of support! It is a journey that we are all on.

i was wondering which one is the session 1 dvd.. i dont think i have it?
is it just the session 1 audio cd?

With my set came a yellow set called Jump Start DVD Coaching DVD Series. Jump start the road to recovery + volume 1 has sessions 1-5; volume 2 has sessions 6-10 ; volume 3 has sessions 11-15. I played each session on the DVD then listened to the coordination CD for that session. Hope this helps! I also hope you have them!!! They are a nice pep talk!

so i have all three volumes except i dont seem to find any DVD portion of it?
sorry for the inconvenience but i honestly can not find them...
where are they supposed to come?
