Hello! I'm new to this site and could use some advice on this program. I saw my first infomerical yesterday and was drawn to watch it. Does it really work? I'm a very skeptical person. I would love to hear others opinions before I jump in head first and purchase. Thank you!

I would say, yes, it works. I haven't felt this good about myself in years. :)

This program has been amazing for my growth and coping with my anxiety, panic attacks, and agoraphobia. The program works, as long as, you are willing to do it. It has literally been one of the most important tools I have used. I have found the coaching program to be very effective also. It is far worth the investment if you are willing to put the time and work in. I was recommended this program by a therapist and she uses it with many of her clients that deal with anxiety, OCD, etc...Good luck to you. You are worth it.

I'm starting my second week today and listened to my cd. It's actually the 3rd session because I did session 1 and 2 last week. I am having trouble saying positive things to myself. Do I keep doing it until I feel better and believe it? I guess it does take a lot of practice. I really like the relaxation cd.

I went off meds for anxiety when I started the program in Feb. 08, and still don't need them after completing the program. So, yes it can work, and work well if the effort is put into following the program and finishing the assignments.

Thanks for the encouragement! I am better today after really focusing on positive messages to myself all yesterday. I have noticed that I have a problem obsessing over every thought now. I am looking forward to when it becomes more of a habit to be positive. I am committed to getting the most out of this program and to live my life to it's fullest, even today! It really helped to call the 1-800 number to get support. I know this is a long process... I have to be good to myself...and pray.

I originally bought the program in 1999 and got frustrated because it didn't work right away....fast forward to 2008.....I found the program in the junk room. I'm now on week 11 ! I've been able to work my way thru the attacks and the depression. I'll have a bad hour now, not a bad day. The only thing I regret is not doing this in 1999. Those will be 10 years I'll never get back. Get the program.

I am doing a lot better today. I was able to read this emotional story in the newspaper about a boy dying of a brain tumor and I'm not letting it get me down. I'm realizing how selfish I've been focusing on my worries instead of living in the moment. This is such a great program because I haven't had to use the anti anxiety meds or call someone to be my safe place. I can comfort myself.I can think about my friends needs and not just my own.
