TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY SO I WENT OUT TO LUNCH. I GET ANXIOUS IN RESTRAUNTS BUT I WAS OK. I ALSO WENT TO A BEAUTY SALON. AGAIN, NO ANXIETY. DON'T MISUNDERSTAND. I STILL HAD TO FIGHT. I USED POSITIVE SELF TALK AND DISTRACTIONS BUT I HAD VERY LITTLE ANXIETY. I HAVE FOUND THAT IT REALLY IS A CHOICE AND I WASN'T GOING TO LET THE ANXIETY WIN. DEB
