Do you journal? Pecos mentioned that it's a difficult thing to do. While it's harder for some than others--I definately know keeping and posting a journal is a triumph for me.
If you find it difficult or want to respond here with thoughts about journaling--this is a good spot. If you want to see links to some of our journals (or add your own!) definately check out that thread (in the Triumphs forum).
This is my third thread on journals, can you tell I'm excited? This season, especially around the holidays is especially tough--maybe a little journaling can help. . . .
