When ever I go out and do something socialy I get real negative about everyone or everything I encountered when out. This can last days and it is not fair to the people I am with or my self does anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried to trace your mood? What do you think is making feel negative?. Do you feel uneasy in social situations?

I know I used to feel like what would people think of me if they knew I had anxiety and panic attacks. Then I began to realize everyone has something. Everyone has some kind of issue or is dealing with something.

I also realized that most people are so concerned with their own things that mine are so strange.

It may help to journal out whatever it is you are feeling and thinking. Before to long you will beginn to see reoccuring themes.

Take care and God bless.

I really have to start this journaling thing. I know that when I am going somewhere socially, I get real anxious and don't want to go. I start with all the "what if" talk. What if they don't like me. What if no-one talks to me. What if I don't have fun, and I can't leave. How long do I have to stay? I usually always take my car so that I can leave when I want to. Usually, I end of up having a good time, but I sure torture myself before hand.
