I know Lucinda talks a lot about overcoming alcohol and other addictions. If you have experienced any type of an addictive situation, I strongly recommend the book Adult Children of Acoholics. It is so me that I could just put my name in every sentence! I think most could really relate.

I also like Stop Walking On Eggshells. It helps show the effects on us, without making them 'our' character defects.

I agree! I go to an ACOA meeting once a week for the support and I just love how others there relate to who I am and how I got the way that I am.
