Hi everyone - I have completely stopped the program at 7 weeks. Not that I wanted to, just because things get busy. Subconsciously I may be using that as an excuse, I don't know. I plan of starting the whole program again as I need to get things going again.

Has anyone out there stopped the program mid-way through for whatever various reasons?

Thanks for your help.

Actually I just restarted the program as well. I got about half way through and then had my second child and just got very overwhelmed. I have just this week restarted the program with week 2 and plan on going through the entire program this time.

Hi,

Yes, I unintentionally stopped on session 7 too, also because of a lot going on that I needed to attend to. It's ironic because I found the CD very inspiring. I just can't seem to get back to it or even the relaxation CD and I was finding that very helpful. Right or wrong, I'm trying not to get stressed about it and like you I'm not sure whether to just pick up where I left off or just start back at the beginning but I'm inclined to think I would be more apt to pick up where I left off than to feel I had to go all the way back to the beginning. I guess it's really a personal thing, depending on your circumstances. and I know Lucinda says we all have the same 24 hours in a day so I guess it's really getting re-motivated to get back to the program that we need to do. Now the question is, how do we re-motivate ourselves to begin again? And of coure the holidays often bring added chores and responsibilities, so maybe that can be our motivation- to help us cope with the holidays.

Thank you all for your help and experiences. It's nice to know that I'm not alone. Every person is different and has different experiences and I thank you for your support.
