Hi everyone. I'm Elizabeth and I glad to be chatting with you. I thank God for you and I know He is able to heal each and everyone of us of this debilitatig disorder. I really hate feeling this way. I frown and squeeze my head so hard I end up having a headache and anxiety. I don't know why I am doing this. I really need help with. I wake up in the morning doing this. I don't know what is causing me to do this. I would really appreciate some input about this and what some help. Thank you

Hi Elizabeth. <span class="ev_code_PINK">WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!</span>

As for the frowning and tightening up, the program is definitely going to help you with that. The program will help you with the negative thoughts that you are maybe unaware of that's causing you to frown so much. And the relaxation cd will help you get those tense muscles relaxed. You'll be fine. I hope you have the program.

Elizabeth,
I am a terrible teeth grinder. Stress typically goes to our facial and scalp muscles and many typically do not realize it. It can cause headaches, fatigue, and yes wrinkles! Give yourself and good scalp massage in the shower and slowly relax your jaw and facial muscles.
