getting started
Hi too shy- I am glad you got the program and welcome to the forum. It will make a difference! But you have to do it. If you were pleased with the 1st CD, keep going because it just gets better. You will learn new ways of thinking and coping that will change how you view yourself and the world. So be kind to yourself and run with this gift you have given yourself. We all deserve to be happy, free and able to live without paralyzing anxiety! Best of luck.
I let mine set for a few months.
Future sessions will address this fear. It's okay, you're not alone.
You're fearful that things might get worse, I think we all probably felt that way at first, I know I did.
You've taken the first step to recovery by getting the program, and that is a huge step. Some people never realize that they need help, but you did.
You've opened the door, it's time to step through and see what's on the other side.
The only thing you have to lose is your fear.
Please don't be afraid, we're all here for you.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Frank Herbert
"How you climb up the mountain is just as important as how you get down the mountain. And, so it is with life, which for many of us becomes one big test followed by one big lesson. In the end, it all comes down to one word: grace. It's how you accept winning and losing, good luck and bad luck, darkness and the light."

Welcome too-shy,
I'm so happy that you took the courage and had the motivation to want help and ordered this program. Having myself been very shy for much of my life I have come to realize that most of it was due to fearing I would say something stupid, embaras myself and know that it was because I had very low self esteem. This program has helped me to feel much more self confidence and thus I am not as shy or affraid and look forward to getting more confident as I use all the skills I have learned via Lucinda's wonderfull program.
Please don't let fear hold you back from moving along through the program that will help you change your life in so many ways. You have a huge community here of others that are in various stages of the program and are willing to help in any way within our abilities.
Here, nobody is alone, we don't judge others, and we all want to see our fellow sufferers get better but it takes work and dedication from each person to succeed. You have in your possession all the tools to give you a life that is full of goodness, joy and inner peace. Be excited, not scared and jump in and kick some anxiety butt because you deserve to feel great about your life.
I know you can do this and really want to so just go for it and don't look back.
Enjoy your journey, it's so worthwhile and empowering.
