I am having a difficult day. I've spent all of it in my pjs and am doing everything to avoid working on the program. Anybody else have days like this?

Yes Darlene you are not alone with these blah days. The good thing is that they always go away. Just don't be hard on yourself and know that tomorrow is another day and possibly a great day. You are bound to have highs and lows so just go with the flow and be kind to yourself. Watch a good movie tonight and relax.
Sending you some hugs and positive thoughts.

Feel better!

Thank you, monty's mom, for your encouraging words. I have been reading your responses and you are always so positive and supportive. I will take your advice, finish this day in my pjs and know that tomorrow I will get up and get dressed. (We are going Christmas shopping and I can't very well go in my pjs!)

I screwed up that post and it makes no sense. lol What I meant to say was that when I have these days instead of telling myself I'm having a blah day I call them my 'calm, take it easy, slow day' and it makes me feel better.

Mary I really like your way of looking at it, thanks for a great new perspective for my next blah, I mean calm day. LOL

Take care.

So true; stay calm when you must and know that tomorrow will be different and dinder.
