Hope your doctor's appointment goes well. I agree with doamadman, you'll be fine.
I had a 'slightly' abnomral eeg (the brain one) after a freak seizure when I was 18. I was like, what the hell does 'slightly' abnormal mean?! Well, it means it's within the normal range, but only barely within the normal range. My first neorologist told me after a cat scan that a part of my brain was atrophied (basically whithered), but don't worry it wasn't likely that it would spread. DON'T WORRY!! Yea right! Well, after a second opinion a year later (so I'm a procrastinator too) the other doctor said the first doc's opinion wasn't confirmable because of the angle of my head during the scan. He attributed the seizure to stress.
So the lesson is get a second opinion (which you are doing). The second lesson is to take care of yourself. It's amazing what stress will do to your body...or what your body will do in response to stress. The third lesson, well I'm still alive and kicking! You'll be fine

DMP, IF and a "BIG" if anything is wrong with your heart it would be a mitral valve prolapse like I have. If that is the case it is NOT....repeat NOT lethal. People are born with it and all it is ,is a leaky valve that makes a clicking sound when your heart races.
More than likely there is NOTHING wrong with your heart. Did you know that the heart is the leading concern among anxiety people? That's right, leading concern, so let me tell you to not be concerned. We anxiety folks become soooo darn focues on ourselves and every little musle twitch etc is blown out of proportion by our hyper-sensitive minds. Remember that part!
We over-think everything and become soooo sensitised to everything. So I'd like to urge you to learn that we must de-sensitise ourselves. You will have heart results tomorrow and this will put your mind at ease and you will realise what is going on....overthinking(obcessing)!
De-sensitising means that we learn the truth that we are in a bad habit of doing what I mentioned above and then the truth begans to take over rather than blown out of proportion thoughts. Everyone of us do it, thats why we are here. Dr. Claire Weekes has several books on anxiety, she was a former sufferer who figured it all out and got herself back to good thinking. Try to find her books that speak of de-sensitising.
Best to you,
Rod

Well I went to my normal doc yesterday and he took another one and said it was a little abnormal but nothing to be scared of because he has seen this a ton of times before and its just something my body might be going through. I had a echocardiogram last year and he said that unless I was doing some major drugs(which I have never done any befor) that would be the only thing that could make it change..that or if I was really stressed out that day or the day prior when they took the ekg//which I WAS lolol...so I am happy to say I am A-OK THANK GOD...my heart has always givin me the biggest concern now I have to focus on something else!! haha Thank you everyone very much..you are all so great
