Question about relaxation cd

I just got started too, and I think they want us to do the whole cd, since part of getting relaxed is the breathing, the tensing and relaxing of the muscles, and then finding that quiet place by the waterfall so eventually we can get to that place when in a stressfull or anxious situation, without the cd.
I'm not sure why the whole thing is on there 3 times. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to do the three parts (breathing, muscle relaxation, visualization) all together, but you don't have to listen to all 3 parts 3 identical times in a row. I'm in a support group doing this program and they told us we just do the 15 minutes each time.
