HOW DO YOU JUST QUITE YOUR MIND?..JUST TO BE AT PEACE WOULD BE SO NICE, EVEN WHEN I AM DOING THE RELAXATION TAPE THOUGHTS POP IN AND OUT.

Hi SMb,
If an intrusive thought pops in, just allow it to be there.
That is the key with any thought that scares us. ALLOW it, don't fight, relax, and get busy with soemthing else to get out of your head for a bit.

Try it, over and over again, because trust me it doesn't come naturally to us.
We have to practice and practice, but eventually new behaivors will set in and you will not have to hink about it all the time.

Give yourself credit for even doing the relaxation tape!! I love that thing!!
