Hmmm, Im not sure where to start this morning. Didnt want tog et out of bed, go figure but thats because I went to bed late. My daughter apparently decided that her norm bedtime of 8 was way too early last night! lol so It was 10 or after before i even got her to lay down without screaming...I ended up sleeping in her bed and she ended up sleeping in my bed!!!
I ended up having a pretty good day at work yesterday. i go back in today. m positive that itll be just as ok. I find it helps to pray throughout the day. Tell it to Jesus!!
When I got home, my boyfriend and I got into a fight so that sucked, and I was wrong in the fact that i went to bed angry...I wasnt living in the precious present moment...
I started this morning with my muscle tension exercises....wow what a difference.
i have decided to try to go 4 hours today without complaining. I found out yesterday when keeping mental notes that i complain alot....thid hurts that hurts, im tired, im sore etc. So that is my goal today.....

Soundslike a good plan, and I like your approach to complaining, think I'll give it a try
