Well hello again....its a long road sometimes with no clear directions how to get where you want to go...
I feel better this morning thanks to the klonopin altho i find myself not wanting to get out of bed. Today i am returning to work after having 3 days off so im a bit nervous. i dont want to fra out at work. but i guess i have to face my fear and accept it. I need to learn to accept that i have anxiety. I need to be less afraid of it and of what everyone else thinks....I need to remind myself thats it just body symptoms and that they will go away...
so instead of dwelling this morning Im going to list some positive things....
I am a nice person
I am hospitable
I am funny
I am loveable
I am quirky
I am creative
i am a good mother
I am a good employee
I am a great leader
and last but not least....
I am ok...

I'm really glad you decided to do a forum journal. This is a great way to create a sense of connection with people. They can learn from your experiences and help to give you some insight if you ever get stuck.

Is there a Journal day1? How long have you been doing the program?

This is great that you acknowledge your anxiety and it sounds like you have some good goals. 1) Facing your fear and accepting it 2)Accepting anxiety 3)Being less afraid of judgement of others.

Accomplishments;
-You're returning to work after having a few days off work despite your fear.
-You've listed some positive things

This is a very great start and you'll definately get to where you want to go if you keep up the good work!!

Thank you all for youe kind words....it turned out to be a great day at work. i thank you for reading....
I decided to journal on the forums as a daily thing and a s individual posts so that whether good or bad day, i can focus on the journal at hand...after this i will no longer reread or reply to my journal posts, becasue they are forgotten....i am turning new pages in my life...yay!! Please feel free to respond to each post tho, because i will read those. to answer questions...yes there is a journal1 post...not sure where it ended up :) But I am on session 3. Its a long journing that i am going to follow, and im going to learn something new every day that i am on this road...love and blessings og the Lord toall of you....Crystal

I am also journalling on the forums as well :) Its awesome to not be the only one.

I understand why you feel that you shouldn't reread your journal posts as it is a way to let it go into the past and this may be the best choice right now. However, somewhere in the future it may be a good idea to go over the posts again to figure out patterns and get new insights.

It sounds like you're getting what you need from the journaling right now though :) That's great!
