Hello! My anxiety has been extremely high today. It's pretty constant.I've done everything that I know to do.I've done all my housework, took a shower, positive talk, listen to music.I'm trying just to float with it.I just don't understand sometimes what makes it last sooo long.Ant advice would be great!!Just need a little help. :eek:Thank all of you!

I also have days like that. You absolutely have been doing the right things. Keeping busy really helps me not concentrate on my anxiety. Do you have any medication that you can take such as antianxiety meds when you are having high anxiety? I use to take klonopin when I have days like that, it helped to keep me calm. Do you feel generally anxiety or are there any body symptoms that have increased on days like that? I sometimes have days when my heart has palpatations, skipped beats, fluttering type of things and that in turn causes me high anxiety by concentrating on those symptoms. I wish you the best and God Bless!
