Help! No response...

Yesterday I introduced myself and asked for help and no response that I can find. We're leaving for China Sunday and I'm stressed...advice? part of group of 40, and tours all planned....not much control. Also, 12 hr. plane ride....no I'm not afraid of flying...just the long flight...but taking lots to do....Pls. reply today....Maybe I don't know where to look....

Enjoy this experience! If you are with a group of 40 & the tour is planned, then you are that much safer. What if you stop worrying about everything and have the time of your life? Are you completing the program?

I just got it 10/28, and am starting session 4. scroll back to yesterday, look in October group and you should be able to see my info...thanks so much!! You are right!

take the relaxation cd with you. Take the what if cd with you. Take some books with you. Take a smile (even if you have to pretend) and remember that this is a good fun thing that you want to do. Relax, deep breathe, and decide that you are going to have fun. Have a good time.

Yes, I plan on completing it I think but the cost is high. I want to discuss options about that. I plan to call and discuss, after our trip...thank you so much for your response. I did hit reply and entered a reply about 10 min. ago....pls. look for it. Thank you so much.

Deedee, thank you too so much! I'll look for the what if cd...and I'm thinking of taking the time mgt. one too, 'cause I really need that....often late....
