I've sworn off all stimulants. All of them seemed to induce some sort of anxiety. If you have anxiety problems, and are especially prone to panic attacks, I would steer clear of them. Just my thought.

I'm sure you will increase your anxiety because it still has like a "million" grams of caffeine. I'm exaggerating about the million but there's way too much caffeine in it. Sugar is not the only thing you need to avoid or limit.

OMG. The mere thought of drinking ANY kind of Red Bull gives me anxiety. I would recommend NO stimulants of any kind.

I really don't understand how ANYONE could drink red bull or energy drinks and not feel anxiety! I've also sworn off caffein and alcohol....though I hadn't realised until recently just how much sugar effects anxiety as well. I used to eat chocolate like a fiend...now I have a chocolate bar and it seems to add on to my snowball effect....
I would stay away from red bull. no one needs that stuff....

WOW... I can not handle energy drinks, coffee soda etc. I get pure anxiety and completely sick. Recently I have started to cut down sugar, that is helping. I am feeling tired, but I know my system will adapt to the withdrawal and pick up again.
