Sam, U know what? So what U didnt sleep well. U are human. U have alot on your plate. There is alot of worldly stuff going on and even tho I dont watch the news it still seeps in. U need to find something calming to teach u to calm your nerves. like a very senic picture or sounds or certian smells. IF u keep busy at work U will be fine hun. We tend to overthink and make a huge deal out of everything.
I know u will be ok... and BTW nice picture.

Oh man, I totally feel your pain. This is one of the biggest things I deal with when I'm having a stretch of anxiety. I have an okay time falling asleep but if I wake up, I have a really hard time going back to sleep. I just lay there, so tired, wishing I could go back to sleep but I can't so I get anxious.
I, just like you, also think, "What if" all of the time. I imagine myself in situations and analyze whether I will have anxiety there or not (which always makes me have anxiety thinking about it).
We need to LIVE IN THE MOMENT. Think positive thoughts! What you say/think to yourself really does make ALL the difference!
Hang in there. Being at work is WAY better than laying in bed all day listening to your mind race.
You will make it through this. Just keep working the program and remember, we are all here for you.

Exercise till you drop, but only after you've cleared with your doctor you're healthy enough for exercise. I had to ease off stimulates as well, coffee and sugar kept me wired and accentuated and mimiced panic attacks. I use to be so self conscious that I thought everyone was looking at me and focusing on me, especially at work, it was all anxiety, the kick in the teeth part is no body really even noticed me or cared, they were totally into themselves. What an awakening.
