hi everyone,
It's been a while since i have posted...happy to say that I've felt like I've gotten the anxiety pretty well under control now :) Had a small bout this weekend though, and I have talked to a few people that said the same thing. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the time change (I HATE that it gets dark here now around 4:30...UGH)...I also heard that there was some strange planetary alignment going on the past two weeks that has thrown everyone off a bit. I know that sounds sci-fi...Anyway, has anyone else noticed an increase in their anxiety in the past few days?

Mine has increased some but I know it's due to the election. We have a couple propositions on the ballot here in Calif. that are upsetting a lot of people here, and I can feel the overall uneasiness in everyone right now.

Ahhh, that's a good point too. There is negativity everywhere right now.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God.

The past week or so my heart has been weird on and off and as of halloween night after supper I wasn't well and havnt been eating properly...yet i havnt gotten sick or anything...i just have barely any appetite or i'll break into a sweat and feel generally under the weather. It was REALLY aweful halloween night tho which I found a little creepy. Then yesterday my boyfriend said he wasnt good either and he was feeling strange on halloween too.
