Has anyone ever stayed on a session for longer than a week to make sure you got it? I am on session 3 and feel that I need more time. Please comment!!!!!

go on to the next chapter. You will revisit those skills in later chapters. Do the program exactly as it says. You'll get more from the program that way.

Hi Daneen! My name is Jasmine and I am SUPPOSED to be on Week 13, but I have decided to start the program all over again so that I can catch little facts here and there that I missed. It really is different the 2nd time around. Currently I am on week 5 for the second time around. Because I thought, if I cannot become comfortable with the information in the first sessions, how will I be able to handle the later sessions? That is my reasoning. Hoep this helps you. And I have heard of people leaving the program in the middle for a while and them coming back to it after a year. So please don't be too hard on yourself.

Hi Daneen!

I too am on session 3, I am finding it hard to get through it. Not that I don't understand, I just seem to get hung up. I have been told to stay on it and I have been told to move on??

Hi all,
This wanting to "get it", speaks to our tendency toward perfectionism, and I think that is why they say to move on. I have been moving to the next week per the schedule, and feel like I will "fill in the blanks" next time around :) Listening to the Jump-Start CD again helps to remind me to keep on moving. You may want to listen to that every so often to get the overview of what this program is trying to accomplish. I hope my words have been encouraging to you.
