I have had a very rough month. My friend died, then my best friend of best friend of three years moved away and then never contacted me again, even though I left lots of messages, then a cat that I have been fostering for 4 1/2 years that has FELv (I run a hospice for cats with FeLv and currently have 10) did a home visit for the first time and hated everything. They are now threatening to take her away from me, only because my female cats are not spayed. I'm hoping if I agree to spay them they will let me keep sheba (who has bonded with me and vice versa). Finally someone who I thought was a friend robbed the store where I worked litterally behind my back. I'm lucky I didn't get fired. So now I wonder if she was really my friend or just using me.
On top of it all I have a cold, I have to keep things inside because I work daylight, and I also don't want to upset the kids.
I have had to take and antianxiety medication just to keep going.
What can I do?
how to deal with stressful situations and not be anxious

I just finished the program a few months ago and have developed a blog to help those who still have a hard time dealing with stressful situations. Take a look! You'll find all sorts of valuable resources to help you deal--some free some have a minimal costs associated with them. Rank the site and let me know what you think.
