I am a family member of someone who just bought the program. Is there some support out here for the family members. Sister, spouse, parents etc.

Well, we are just wondering how we can support and encourage our family member in doing the program. So far we don't think that they have done much work with the program.

All you can do is support if they want it, they need to understand that they are the one who needs to fix it no one else can do it for them. You can only support them, one off the first things we learn in the program is we cause our own anxiety and stress and depression. That being said we in ourselves are the only one who can fix it. If you are talking more serious like suicidal thoughts and actions you need to get professional help for them before it's to late.

Hope this helps, if not come back and post again, someone else may have more to offer.
