Hello tomd I can relate on starting and stopping and starting again. I owned the program a good 6-8 years starting and stopping multiple times over the years.

Then last november-Dec may anxiety went through the roof due to family issue and health scare. The anxiety had paralzyed me. I thought I can't do this to myself or my family anymore. I contacted the StressCenter.com and explained my situation. They recommended the coach program.

I thought long and hard over it becasue it was so expensive (nearly $2000). My husband suggetsed I try it. I am so thankful to God I did. It helped me start and finish the program. This program has transformed my life. I can't believe how far I have come since last Dec.

I now have the skills to manage my anxiety. I still have anxious/negative thought but I am able to recognize them and manage them.

I hope you can make the commitment to restart the program. You have so much to gain from it.

I wish you much success in your recovery. Take care and God Bless.

Hi Tom,

I have had this program for a long time also and am now starting it again for the third time. I'm in the same boat as you so let's wish us both luck! I know we'll succeed this time around. Bob.

Hi Tom,

The most important thing to remember now is that you are back and doing the program. It's going to work for you because you now really know that this truly can be the first day of the rest of your life. Just keep telling yourself that there is no room for failure or NO reason to waist the wonderfull life that can be yours if you BELIEVE in YOU and BELIEVE the hard work has a huge payoff...a great future is sooooo close and up for grabs, so grab it and use it and change your life for the best it can be. YOU DESERVE IT!!!! We all do :D

Wishing you so much success on your new journey.

God Bless, Stay Strong!!

:)Hi TomD. Welcome back on the train. I too am starting over again for the 4th time. Procrastination is a big issue for me, but it's getting better day by day. Good luck. It's not falling down that counts, it's getting back up again that matters. Take care! Good luck to all the others beginning again as well.

I too started the Coaching program about 8 weeks ago. It has made all the difference and well worth the $2000.00. They will work out payment plans as well. It holds one accountable and gives amazing support. If you feel like you may need the extra support, encourgement, and accountablility to stay on task you may want to consider this. It has changed my life...and no price is to high to pay for that. Wishing you well.
