
hyper sensitive to garbage on TV
I'm on week 3 now and I'm finding that there is so much negativity on TV and in the news and on the net. I find that I have to turn away from it because if I don't, it can trigger the beginnings of a panic attack. I've started to read again and listen to good music instead. The TV now rarely goes on and I'm really choosey on what I read in the newspaper or on the net. I'm still having a few attacks, but they are now getting fewer and far between. My tip is to turn the TV off for a week and see what happens ! 



ATTITUDE -- The mind is like a parachute...it doesn't work unless it's open!!
