I had done very much research up front prior to purchasing the program. I have gone throught the audio and video and alot of what I am seeing is similar to what I encountered in my research. I'm not trying to over simplify this for those of us that are in extreme discomfort.
Just want to be sure I'm not missing something and getting all I need out of session 1.

If you did a lot of research prior to purchasing the program, then Session 1 might not have any "new" information. I believe that there is even a footnote somewhere in the workbook that says if someone is already familiar with panic disorder and depression, they don't have to spend a full week on lesson 1 and can move into session 2. I just finished session 2 and have already found it to be very helpful in dealing with panic attacks and the corresponding body symptoms. I don't claim to understand it neither do those around me, they think I'm just screwed up. I understand what creates it and it is mostly worry for things I think will happen or even know will happen and I don't want to face them. Mind you this is almost always about work. Outside of work I tend to live normal although I have some faults I want to clean up using this program. Thanks again for your input and I think I will look at session 2.
