Problems with effexor xr !!!Help!!

I was prescribed effexor xr for anxiety and despression. Only it seemed to make me have weirf scary thoughts. S

I take the Effexor XR in a 225mg dose I am feeling good with it but I do know that if the pharmacy messes up and gives me the regular Effexor then I am a mess and I am unable to function because I am getting all of the 225mg in one dose. Just a thought to all on Effexor XR make sure you are really getting the XR and not the other one because otherwise you are not getting the extended relise and you get it all at onece.
