You can find sugarless chocolate in health food stores. Some are sweetened with fruit and some are sweetened with other natural ingredients. I doubt you will find a chocolate that has no caffeine though. At least I haven't found one yet. I allow myself a small amount of dark chocolate (70-80% cocoa), and as long as it's a small amount it doesn't seem to effect my anxiety at all. There is no way I could completely give up all chocolate.

i do, too. i used to have it every other day. then every week. . . now about once a month. i didn't intentionally wean myself. :D i can't imagine life w/o chocolate
i just read something in a magazine that might help. have a short, sweet mantra to say to yourself when you want something that's not really worth it. say something that includes your positive goal.
hope that helps!

Well as I am going through my anxiety I am learning this. If you want chocolate so bad then have it once in a while, but when you eat it just remember that you may not feel better later on. And if you start feeling anxious and ill later on remember that the reason for it is the chocolate and do not let it scare you. I hope it helps!
