I guess I"m getting older and wiser Ha ha,I think that when you have a birthday you really start to think more about what is important and the well being of you self and others. I have been on the program for almost a month now and I can see that it can really help if you keep going at it,I can see that it takes lots of work and I will get there.GOD BLESS ALL OF US!
