Like I said I did not get the program yet, but if you watched the intro video in your email from your purchase those few tips alone helped, and all these peolpe who care about us and had inspiring words. I found I used the breathing more than anything, but the second is distract yourself from the thoughts. I could not do that all weekend due to some associated reason, but I did find some comfort in taking it easy, on Monday I was miserable and took a few short naps. It was still a distraction, but I had myself so worn out worrying it was all I had stregth for. I stuck with the positive self talk suggestions, even used them today at work, my work was less tense and challenging today also, that helped. It still took breathing and moving around until after lunch for it to work.
New to all of this
hey guys, I'm also new to the program. I just started my second session but, I have suffered from panic and anxiety for 23yrs.The best thing to do is keep busy. sitting and dwelling on it is the worst!Make yourself go out and do what you can.So far I am very happy with my program and especialy meeting people I have alot incommon with on line. All these yrs. I thought I was alone.
