how do i go about finding a mentor/buddy to work through this program

i was just wondering how i go about finding a mentor/buddy to work through this program
I`m a good listener and would give back as much help to anyone going through the same ordeal

I have the same question. How do we find a mentor ? I just ordered the program and I am waiting for it. I am reading Lucinda's book right now to get me through. I am happy to correspond with anyone who needs support. I do not have children. I am in my 40's and currently have an issue with leaving my immediate home, neighborhood. This is brand new. I have had generalized anxiety and developed panic attacks while traveling recently. I feel so out of control. I need to work so I need to make sure I can keep going to work and drive.

hi hope this finds you having a good day. I am NOT sure if there is a mentor however i just started 2 1/2 wks ago myself. I believe there is a "new peer support" based on the month you started... there you can talk to others that are on the same level as you... to try to get through whatever it might be that you are going through. If not post on forums someone is always willing and ready to help you. Great group of people here and welcome good luck to you

Visit the chat rooms here, one is general discussion, the other is *Help, they're a great way to get to know others who can really relate to you and give you feedback. Many are on the program!
