Anxiety Bad In The Mornings!!!!
I know you have all seen this subject posted before but never mind here it goes lol. I recently went back to work 2 weeks ago only part time 5 days a week. I had to stop working full time cause my panic attacks were so bad. When I wake up I start having anxiety real bad to the point where it almost turns into a panic attack. The feeling stays with me for a couple hours. And by fridays Im a nervous wreck shaking gagging horrible. It almost feels like my body is exhausted from being anxious can anyone relate?
YES,
I can relate, most times I have anxiety all day until the sun goes down. Most times hate to go to bed at night in anticipation of the next morning.Seems all over again.I look forward to evenings because then the anxiety decreases, most days I feel lost.Helps to shut out extra environmental stimulation, but not dwell in your own world only.To find the right degree to only let as much external stimulation in is hard.Pray for the best for you !

Hi Everyone,
I was sooooo bad with mornings that I would get up, take care of my fur kids...get them out and fed and go back to bed and just did this all day long. I just felt do depressed and anxious that my escape was sleep.
For the past 3 and a half months or so I wake up with a whole new attitude and am up early and stay up. My anxiety is under control, my depression is much, much less frequent and in fact it's gone unless something bad is happening with one of my rescues. I get the odd blah feelings but can work through them now thanks to my new skills and positive thinking.
Work the program, when you wake up talk to yourself about something that makes you feel good, anything that is comforting to you, say this is a beautifull day and I'm looking forward to getting out of bed and enjoying a nice cup of coffee...just an example. Do some deep breathing before you get out of bed and calm your mind. We all have our own ways to do this. It's just finding one that works for you and using it.
Best Wishes Always

Hey Kicker !
I was on vacation this week, so I actually had a chance to stop shaking. Now that it's Friday, it's back. I'm going to practice the relaxing today, Saturday and Sunday. That will be priority one for me. I can actually make myself sick just with obsessive thoughts alone. I wish my brain had an "off switch".
Practice the relaxing.
