ZOloft for OCD?

Hello everyone, I was adviced to take Zoloft for my obsessive thinking. I don't get panick attacks anymore, I do have anxiety and lots of obsessive thinking. OVer medications whether to take or not? I go all day obsessing. I noticed there is some brain sensations? did I change my brain chemistry? Feelins on top of head or like brain or thoughts shifting? What is this going on? Please help. What do you think ok the medication?

My friend who had scary obsessive thoughts took Zoloft and felt it was definitely helpful.
