Dog Days of Klonopin Withdrawal
Well, I've officially been off of Klonopin for 14 days now after taking it for 2 years straight. I was symptom free until 2 days ago when I hit a wall and started to feel the withdrawal symptoms. My heart was racing and I had a feeling as if I drank too much coffee. Today it is a little better and I'm going for a walk to burn some energy. Isn't all of this so much fun?
I've been taking Klonopin for a year now. Just increased my dosage to 2x per day early this year. I hate having to take it but I definitely can feel it when I forget to take it. Hope to be off it within a year or so. So I'll be going through what you are now. Good luck to you!

I'm sure you already know this but try to get as much exercise as you possibly can. Do something to really wear yourself out. That will do wonders for you.
Also cut out the caffeine and sugar. They have the opposite effect and make things worse.
I had a very difficult time getting off coffee but I finally did it. Also sugar, I still struggle with that but I'm much better than before.
Sounds like you are dealing with things pretty well. Keep up the good work.
God Bless and peace be with you.
