feeling like you lose touch of arms or legs
Skaagent7, I know what you are feeling. I used to think I could not feel my legs or my body just stopped working. I would move them to make sure they were still working. This is definitely a form of the space-out of the anxiety. As I have gone through the program I noticed that I don't check them anymore. The floaty, spacey feeling still shows up sometimes, but I know it is the anxiety and I become aware of it, float through it and just let it go. Best of luck to you. Lisa
