Okay So I have been listening to Session 2 and working on my 6 steps as best as I can, and I have been doing alot of thinking about where my negative thoughts are coming from and all of that stuff..Is it normal to cry alot during this..I feel as though this program is making me realize all the things I want to change and I have become very emotional, I know that this is going to help me in the future and in the long run, but I was just wondering if anyone else experianced this, or if I'm just the only one..

I feel the same! I'm just on lesson 2 tonight but it seems to stir up emotions. I think I'm almost crying as a sigh of relief and can't believe that others feel so closely to how I feel. Let the tears flow as long as we each continue with the program!

I'm a little ahead of you, but yes it does seem to get worse for a little while. For me, I think it has to do with the accept step. When I started accepting how I was feeling I actually had some of the worst panic attacks I've ever had. I find that for each session I do I feel those things more intensly that week. I think that in my case I'm actually feeling things that I usually supress and working through them. It does get better just keeping working at it.
