I have listened to session 3 five times and I think it's starting to sink in. I will get a notebook and try to write down my negative thoughts as soon as I can seperate them from one another.
LeftKnee - I have just started on lesson 3, and I do feel it is alot to take in and do. I also will repeat the CD again, to try and make more sense of it, and to help me to find what I am supposed to be looking for. Good Luck to us both, sorry that I didn't see your post sooner.
