Lexapro & Xanax timing

Hi there!
I just signed up to this website today (I'm reading Lucinda's book) and I'm having the same struggle as you. I take 20mg of lexapro (just got back on about a month ago) and had a VERY TOUGH road to here. I was GREAT when I was on Lexapro then thought I could go off. Ha! Now that I'm back on I've been taking 20mg + .5mg of Xanax before bed. Now that I'm reading this column, I will try to take my Lexapro in the morning ~ so I could ease my way off this Xanax!
