I wish you all the best, as you face these challenges. You have my support and the support of the community.

I don't think that thinking things happen for a reason is a bad thing.

As long as we learn and grow from our experiences, I think that is all we can hope for.

Has your belief negatively impacted you in any way?

I absolutely believe that everything happens for a reason.
There are lessons to be learned, things we need to appreciate, etc.
You are well on your way to feeling better.
Maybe you should try a new therapist. Im considering making the same change.

I hope you have a wonderful day

Hi kidkellly,

I lost my mother 10 years ago and I had a terrible time with the loss.
Time does heal, but not fast enough. Lucinda's Combatting Stress and Depression Program put me back on track. I still think about my mom, but not all of the time. Since finishing the Program, I have completely moved on with my life, I am healthy again. I recommend the Product and start feeling better.

I have suffered with depression for 10 years, seen numerous therapist and psychiatrist. Finding the right one for you is important. I am a firm believer that we all are on a path that was created for us. Sometimes the road is rough and uphill but I believe those that keep pushing forward are the stronger beings in todays world. How people say things and our interpretation is a science in itself. If we looked at how all of us react based on the words others share with us we would see we all handle that differently. I decided after all these years I was working on fixing problems that were not even my problems. I became the best therapist to all my friends because I listened to the words and tried to figure what that word meant for them. Then sometimes it made more sense to me what they really were trying to tell me. I believe in this program and real people are using it. I hope your situation gets better
